Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be provided for:
  • No-shows
  • Early checkouts
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
• All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Modification of Booking

• Guests may request changes to their booking dates, subject to availability and possible rate differences.
• Requests must be made at least 5 days before the original check-in date.

Non-Refundable Bookings

• Some discounted or promotional rates may be marked as non-refundable.
• No changes or cancellations are allowed for non-refundable bookings.
